Collingbourne Village Hall lies near the village centre just a few yards along the road to Brunton that forks off the A338 immediately to the north of St Mary’s church. It is the venue for many regular village events from weekly Coffee Mornings, monthly Quiz Evenings, Scout meets and annual Village Fetes etc. It is also available for private hire. The light and airy Main Hall measures some 7.5m x 12.15m and is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 100 persons with sufficient chairs and tables. There is a curtained stage area . In addition to the main hall there is also the Ruth Fisher Room which measures approx. 4.6m. X 3.9 metres and provides a more intimate meeting room ideal for committees and smaller groups. Adjacent to this and connected by a serving hatch is a recently refurbished and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, stove and ‘fridge etc.
The hall complies with all the latest government requirements regarding disability access and provisions, fire regulations etc.

THE WHOLE HALL
INDIVIDUAL USERS £12 PER HOUR OR £120 PER DAY. Deposit of £100 required in advance
REGULAR VILLAGE GROUP USERS £8 PER HOUR
VILLAGE YOUTH GROUPS £3 PER HOUR
COMMERCIAL USERS £200 PER DAY. Deposit of £100 required in advance
THE RUTH FISHER ROOM £5 PER HOUR OR IF WITH USE OF THE KITCHEN £6 PER HOUR
IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS THE HALL IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HALL OPERATES A GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY. HIRERS MUST KEEP ANY NOISE AND DISTURBANCE DOWN TO A MINIMUM WHILST USING THE HALL, PARTICULARLY WHEN VACATING THE HALL LATE AT NIGHT.
