I enclose a cheque for £ .................... which I understand is the required deposit and also part payment of the rental charge for the hire of the hall on the above date. I understand that my booking will be confirmed to me by the Booking Co-ordinator as soon as possible after receipt of this completed booking form and the deposit. The remainder of the full hire charge is to be paid to the Booking Co-ordinator upon collection of the keys. The keys must be returned to the Booking Co-ordinator within 12 hours from termination of the hall hire.
I have read and understand the Conditions of Hire and I understand I am responsible for any breakages and / or damages during my hire of the hall. In the event of any breakages and / or damages, an additional amount will be charged.
