HOME-START KENNET NEEDS YOU!

We are a voluntary organisation and registered charity. We have been in existence 24 years and currently have approximately 40 volunteers…but more are needed.

Our organisation offers focussed family support, to families under stress, in their own homes. This support helps to prevent family crisis and breakdown and enables the family to develop coping strategies for the future. We currently support families in the Marlborough, Tidworth, Devizes and nearby villages areas.

Are you a parent or have substantial parenting experience?

Could you commit 2 to 3 hrs per week to support a local family?

If this sounds like you then we can offer you a comprehensive package of training and support both before and throughout your time with us.

Apply now and join our next Volunteer Preparation course beginning
27th September. The course runs for 5 weeks: 9.30 to 2.30 Tuesdays and 9.30- 12.30 Wednesdays. The Training Course will be held at The Haig Centre Welfare Service base in Bulford. Volunteers receive a contribution towards Travel Expenses.
