The Link Scheme exists to offer help and transport for local people in need. The Scheme consists of volunteers who help by taking people to hospitals, surgeries, collecting prescriptions and other similar transport tasks, as well as undertaking small practical tasks or just calling in for a chat.
If you would like to use the Scheme, please ring the contact number and provide at least 48 hours notice to find a volunteer.
